I am writing to inform you that we plan to carry out drainage repair work on the A47 between Honingham and Longwater. Once complete, the road will be able to better disperse surface water and will be less prone to flooding.
We plan to complete this work in phases over 6 weeks from Monday 14 February, working between 8pm and 6am, weeknights only, weather conditions permitting. The road will remain open but so that we can carry out the work safely, there will be lane closures on the A47 and temporary traffic signals on the single lane sections.
