Have you got any old photos of Scarning people from yesteryear?
To illustrate the Village Voice page of Radio Norfolk’s visit in 1982, I’m looking for photos of the people interviewed – in particular Kay Cowan (school headteacher), Kenny Hawes (church caretaker) and Reg Barrett (United Reformed Chapel). Have you got any photos you would be happy to be included on this website please? Photos, negatives, slides or newspaper cuttings – are all OK – and I can copy them for you if that is easier…
Also, with the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations taking place this year, it would be good to have some photos and recollections of the Silver Jubilee celebrations in 1977.
