Dates for your diary
This is the programme of events to celebrate the Platinum Jubilee in Scarning.
Further details, plus more events, will be confirmed when they are finalised.
- Thursday 2nd June – Beacon Lighting Ceremony
- The church will be specially decorated with flowers for the weekend
- Photograph exhibition in the church
- Saturday 4th June – Scarning Art Club Exhibition
- Saturday 4th June – Jubilee Coffee Morning
- Saturday 4th June – Afternoon Cream Teas
- Sunday 5th June – Big Jubilee Lunch
- Sunday 5th June – Little Jubilee Fete
If you would like to be involved in any of these events, have some ideas for other events, or would like to offer your help in the planning, a meeting is being held in the village hall on Weds 23rd March at 7.30. All are welcome, so please come along.
