Planning has begun for Scarning’s celebrations of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee in 2022, but ideas and help are still very much welcomed.
The celebrations will be over a four day weekend (Thursday 2nd June to Sunday 5th June), so there is plenty of scope for different events throughout the village, including street parties, fete, concert, art exhibition, vintage tractor run and the lighting of our Beacon.
The next meeting to discuss these events will be held in the Village Hall on Monday 25th October from 7.30pm, so please feel free to join us to share your views.
