I am running a Maintenance Matters course in Sept in Swaffham and I am looking for people to sign up but I am struggling for attendance currently. The course is on the 4th September and I was wondering if you could help. It is a heavily subsided course helping building owners maintain their historic properties and offer important advice before the winter. The description is below and the funding is from the National Lottery Heritage Fund and Historic England –
A Maintenance Matters course run by the Society For The Protection of Ancient Buildings aimed to help old building owners and users understand their building and take practical action to look after it. It explains how traditional buildings were constructed, how they work and can decay, and how to spot and tackle common problems. This day course will take place on the 4th September in the Assembly Rooms in Swaffham.
Would it be possible to forward on the email to anyone you think might be interested and advertise via local press/social media if possible. It is much subsided and a course like this normally costs around £100.
