The timetable for the excellent Excel bus route through Scarning towards Norwich and towards Kings Lynn is changing from 31st August 2025.
The full timetable is available as a PDF below, but in essence, the Excel A & B buses will become more frequent – every half an hour during the day. Heading east, the buses will also go through to the train station in Norwich, rather than stopping only at the bus station If you’re catching a train, this will save either a long walk or having to catch another bus. The westward buses still continue through to Peterborough bus station as before.
The Excel D bus between Dereham and Norwich will now only run once a day, leaving the market place at 7.30 on weekdays.
