How do you fancy doing a walk on New Year’s Day with fellow villagers, a chance to have a chat and compare notes on who is still eating variations of turkey leftovers?
There will be a walk leaving the Shipdham Lane Playing Field car park at 10am on Saturday, 1st January – round the well-trodden route of Coach Lane, Green Lane and back down Shipdham Lane, – so not very far, (2.25 miles) but wellies might be useful if this wet weather continues.
Bring along a drink of your choice as I will provide mince pies at the end.
