We currently have a vacancy on Scarning Parish Council.
If you would like to have a greater say in what goes on in the community, why not apply?
The Parish Council deals with a host of issues that affect the parish from planning to the maintenance of the play area at Blackthorn Drive.
We meet once a month (on the third Monday of the month).
The amount of time you devote to being a councillor outside of meetings would be up to you.
As a member of the Parish Council you would help make decisions as part of a democratic team on how to use the resources and powers of the Council for the benefit of the local community.
