Breckland Council have had some real success in the more urban areas of the district with fly tipping prosecutions. They are now ready to bring their successful methods into the rural areas of the district to support the farming community, starting with investigating when evidence is available.

They have developed a report function on their website in order that we can report any incidences of fly tipping and environmental crime, so that they can conduct investigations.

Can I urge you to report any situations that you experience in terms of fly tipping or other environmental crime. It’s with this information that Breckland will be able to take action, and whilst it won’t necessarily be a quick fix it’s great to hear that they recognise the problem and are looking to do something about it.
