The Scarning Fuel Allotment Charity owns some land within the parish of Scarning, which it rents to residents.
“The income is to be applied for the relief of persons resident in the parish of Scarning who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress. If and in so far as the income is not required for application as aforesaid, it may be applied for the benefit of persons resident in the parish of Scarning.”
